Tally Barcode Module

9,000.00

By default, Tally has the capability to read barcodes already printed on items. However, if you wish to generate and print your own barcode labels from within Tally, you will need to purchase this customised module.

After your purchase, you have to send us a PRN file of your barcode as required from Tally. The Tally barcode module output will then be customised as per your requirements as specified in the PRN file. In case, a PRN file is not available, you can send us a copy of the barcode as required with size and other details including barcode printer model number etc. We will then take the remote access of your computer to generate it. To make the initial PRN file, the bartender software needs to be installed on your computer. This software comes free with almost all barcode printers. Once the PRN file is generated to your satisfaction, the bartender software is no longer needed.

We will then require around a week to make the module as per your specifications. After that, it will be installed in your computer which has Tally installed as well as the barcode printer. You can now generate barcodes as required.

The Tally barcode module has the capability to generate and print barcode labels during purchase invoice entry or at the item master level or while passing a stock transfer entry. Any, one option has to be chosen and informed to us at the time of placing the order.

You can have the system automatically decide on the number of barcode labels to be printed or enter the same manually.

Please Note: This module requires barcode printer as a prerequisite. Barcode printer is not a part of this module and it needs to be purchased separately.

The Tally barcode module is most suitable for those companies that have significant item volumes to be billed such as retail outlets etc and provides a significant saving in time.
